Sometimes it can be confused with arrogance, but genuine confidence is about a quiet inner feeling that you are capable. It’s overcoming self-doubt. It doesn’t need to be showy because confident people are not loud about their abilities.

When you are confident, you are more likely to seek out challenges for the opportunity to grow. When we lack confidence, we get stuck in our comfort zone. We don’t try new things and may even retreat further into it- and stop doing some of the things we once did.
